With tertiary qualifications in education, Simone successfully made the transition into the beauty industry, and has created an exciting and dynamic career path.

While working in cosmetics retailing internationally, she became aware of the need to provide Beauty Advisors with the fundamental 'category' knowledge required in the key areas of Skincare, Makeup, Fragrance and Customer Sales and Service. To fill this need, she has attracted the most sought-after industry specialists and worked with them to create dynamic online courses in each area.

The courses have been designed to teach all the essential knowledge you need to give exceptional service to a Customer and drive individual sales productivity. The online courses enable the Beauty Advisor to learn anywhere, at any time with an internet connection. They access their course on a PC, Tablet or Smartphone and learning is tracked with Red Scout's learning software.

Simone's strong relationships within the beauty industry, have resulted in the most significant Brands and Retailers endorsing the Red Scout eLearning programs. Red Scout courses are being rolled out in many different languages internationally. Simone is also the founder of consulting company Red Beauty and is called upon to speak at industry events and sits on the judging panel for Beyond Beauty in Paris. Red Scout has offices in Sydney and Singapore. While Simone is based in Red Scout's Sydney office, she travels regularly to the USA, Europe, UK and Asia.
